Welcome

Welcome to my small place on the web. I am a java developer and web developer living in Dallas, TX. I have lived here since '97. This is the third revision of this site. The old vesion used a 3 column design which needlessly complicated the look of the site. The new layout is based on pogy366's Grass Stains. It is pure xhmtl and CSS. No tables were harmed (or used) in making this site.

Hobbies & Interests

I enjoy photography, movies, and music. My photography skills are still very basic, but I am working on improving them. I enjoy mainly indie movies. It is hard to list my favorite movies, but I enjoy Atom Egoyan, David Cronenberg, Martin Scorcese, Richard Linklater, and Wim Wender's work.

Music

My music tastes are pretty diverse. I listen to mainly alternative bands, but I also enjoy Texas music like Ray Wylie Hubbard & Lyle Lovett, Americano (Lucinda Williams), classical, electronic, and industrial. My last concerts I have been to are: Muse, Convenant, Massive Attack, Sisters of Mercy, Robert Earl Keen, Modest Mouse, Interpol, Lucinda Williams, Suzanne Vega, VNV Nation, Assemblage 23, Trish Murphy, Skinny Puppy, and The Pixies.

Cats

I have two very whacky cats named Bourbon and Bonsai. There are pictures of them in the My Cats page. They are both black girls who are litter mates.
